Your installer completed re-insulating our attic this morning and I’d like to take this opportunity to offer some feedback. First, and foremost, I am a delighted customer. He arrived during the scheduled timeframe and quickly had the house prepared for insulating: he covered and protected the relevant upstairs areas, including our carpeting, with plastic sheeting; he also covered the window sill with plastic sheeting and added a carpet remnant to protect the storm window and sill paint; he installed the eve baffles to protect the vents and stapled rulers throughout the attic so that I could verify that I was receiving the proper amount of insulation; and he was meticulous in cleaning up by rolling the sheeting so that no debris was left on the carpeting.
He was also very efficient, in and out in 2 ½ hours. And just as important as his work performance, he was delightful to chat with, answering questions and offering suggestions. It was a pleasure dealing with your company and I would not hesitate recommending you to friends and family.
